Main Street Fitness is a personal strength training studio located in historic downtown Penngrove, California. Our goal is to help our clients feel excited about the way they look and feel, help them remain strong and active as they age and help them develop an incredible state of health and well-being.

We specialize in slow strength training. This protocol is highly effective in getting the best results in the shortest amount of time, safely. It’s designed to be performed twice a week, for only twenty minutes each session, which allows you to go about the business of living your life – doing what you love. We focus on how much exercise your body actually needs versus how much it can handle – less is actually more!

We are educated, skilled and motivated to design a custom program to fit only YOU, hold you accountable and coach you through each private training session from start to finish.

Good morning Jim and Cindy.
I have been working out for over 10 years and I realized that I have not expressed to you my gratitude for the fitness experience you have provided.

I truly believe that the 1/2 hour I spend with your trainers, 2 times per week, is 52 year old Heidi's gift to 80 year old Heidi. I have never been stronger, I have never had nicer muscle definition in my upper arms and legs and even after 10 years, I am shocked that such a short, focused work out can achieve such dramatic results. Like everyone else, I am horribly busy, with my own business to run and family obligations...the super slow workout has saved me by allowing me to stay fit with very little time commitment.

As a result of being very active as a youth, I have had 6 arthroscopic knee surgeries. Can you imagine how pleased I was when my surgeon was commenting on how healthy the musculature that supports my knees are.
