The Best of Both Worlds

This program gives members the best of both worlds; the opportunity to train with us each week and use what you have learned to train an additional time on your own.

With some intital instruction from us, this program allows you to have the freedom of choice to train on your own, on your own time schedule, monitoring your own effort and progress.

You will receive: 

  • One private "check-in" training session with us per month on an ongoing basis.
  • Unlimited use of our training facility during business hours.
  • Support from our staff to answer your questions.
  • An opportunity to add on additional private training sessions.
